Carlo Vitali
Carlo Vitali was born in Firenze, since he was young he was introduced in Florentine and European artistic
world getting in touch with a lot of artists studios, such as the Dutch artist Christiaan Snjders, who taught him
the theory of colour and composition. He also attended the free school of nude of Professor G.Mannucci.
Throughout his long artistic career, Carlo Vitali has organized several exhibitions since the first one in 1977.
He mounted and took part to a lot of artistic events both in Italy and in Europe, among the most significant ones we can
remember the one in the late 80’s in La Spirale Galley (Prato) and in Galleria Tornabuoni (Firenze), in 2002 at Dantini
Palace (Prato), in 2005 in Corsica, at the Culturel Centre in Porto Vecchio together with the Musical Academy of Florence,
in 2007 at the Maya Museum of Chetumal (Mexico), in 2007 in Palazzo Cerretani (Florence). During 2009 take part in an important
exhibition "Art en Capital" at Grand Palais in Paris, France.
He took part also to some international art fairs, such as Arte Fiera Florence 1996, New York 1998, Ghent (Belgium) 1998, Arte Padova 2006, World Expo Shanghai 2010.
In 2008 he gave freely two works, one to Mayer Paediatric Hospital in Florence, the other to the Regional office of Unicef -Tuscany. In 2009 gave freely one of his works to LILT, Italian association for cancer treatment, at Prato.
Carlo Vitali's works have been catalogued in Kunsthistorisches Institut di Firenze.
